Full job description

Job Advertisement - Accounts Manager

Process invoice payments for suppliers and operational expenses across all stores and the central factory

Responsible for weekly payroll distribution and bonus calculations for head office and all store employees

Perform cost and operational accounting for both company-owned and franchised stores

Enter and manage financial data and related reports for all entities using Xero

Prepare monthly sales reports for company-owned stores

Compile quarterly BAS data and assist external accountants in submitting quarterly BAS and annual financial statements

Generate monthly profit analysis reports, annual profit reports, and comparative analysis for company-owned stores

Support external auditors in completing the annual audit for the head office

Handle other finance-related tasks and provide necessary financial data and reports to other operational departments

Job Advertisement - HR Manager (Including knowledge of Australian laws and regulations governed by the Fair Work Ombudsman.)

Continuously assess the company’s staffing needs

Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees

Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

Organize employee training and development programs; update the employee handbook

Assist the HR department in implementing initiatives to enhance employee experience

Conduct exit interviews

Mediate workplace conflicts and serve as a communication bridge

Support managers with performance evaluations and incentive plans

Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure selection of the most suitable candidates

Approve and schedule paid time off (PTO) and sick leave (SL) based on employee needs and company circumstances
