We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team, responsible for retaining and growing revenue within a defined portfolio of existing schools. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Success and Professional Services teams to deliver on our growth and retention strategy. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring schools receive ongoing value from our products. Your insights into market trends and customer needs will also help drive continuous improvement and strengthen our competitive advantage.

This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide parental leave coverage.

What you will do

Own the renewal process for a portfolio of existing schools, ensuring high Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metrics

Proactively engage with schools to address challenges, highlight EP’s value and secure timely renewals

Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor for their educational needs

Identify opportunities to expand EP’s footprint within existing schools by promoting additional features, subjects or licenses in line with provided targets

Collaborate with school leaders and educators to align EP’s solutions with their evolving goals and priorities

Conduct upselling conversations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of expanded use of EP’s platform

Work closely with the customer success and professional services team to ensure seamless transitions for newly onboarded schools

Partner with the professional services team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support long-term success

Represent EP at conferences, events and networking opportunities, promoting our mission and solutions

Develop relationships with key education organisations and associations

About you

Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving retention goals

Ability to identify and execute opportunities for account expansion

Strong commitment to delivering exceptional value and support to schools

Confidence in facilitating workshops and presenting new opportunities to stakeholders

Understanding of the education sector and the challenges schools face

Ability to work effectively within a team and partner with internal stakeholders

Skilled in CRM tools and analytics to track performance and inform decision-making
