Roles and Responsibilities
bank reconciliation control & GST hands on Experience
To confirm that branches are reconciling their outstanding EVERY QUARTER.
To transfer credit balance to HO lying in the branch for more than 6 months.
ESI, professional Tax, GST and other statutory dues are deposited and returns for these statutory dues submitted timely
To visit the branches and report the points which are against company policy.
To check all credit notes which involve GST before sending to HO.
Perpetual Stock taking reports signed by Branch in charge and Branch accountant. REPORT TO BE SUBMITTED TO HO WITH THE CORRECTIONS MADE.
To review reconciliation of outstanding is done by the branches every quarter.
To reconcile Head Office account of all the branches on monthly basis.
Fixed asset register is to be maintained at all locations.
To ensure GST audit is done for all the states before filing annual return.
Desired Candidate Profile : CA Inter/M.Com/B.Com & must be from Chennai to set up in our Chennai -Regional office. position is very urgent.
