Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and managing client accounts. The Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, create proposals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Masters in science
• 0-3 years of experience in Account Management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
