SUN Mobility, a joint venture between SUN Group and Maini Group, pioneers in electric mobility and clean energy. Since its inception SUN Mobility has been working with STUs, fleet operators, shared mobility providers, and automotive OEMs to challenge the status quo with an economical, scalable, and smarter way forward to address the conventional deterrents to large-scale acceptance, namely: cost, range, charging time and infrastructure.
SUN Mobility’s has created the world’s first global interoperable smart mobility solution for electric vehicles, that separates the battery from the vehicle, bringing down the upfront cost of electric vehicles, making it financially viable for the first time. The solution involves modular Smart Batteries that are smaller, lighter, and swappable. It also addresses the issue of long-charging time and range anxiety, as it can be swapped in a matter of few minutes. The network of Quick Interchange Stations™ allows for a refuelling infrastructure that is faster, cheaper, and more convenient than the existing petrol and diesel pumps for ICE vehicles. The global interoperable Smart Mobility solution is compatible across electric two and three wheelers, and buses.
Role Description:
Member responsible for handling payments, interacting with banks and other treasury activities
Core Responsibilities:
• Payments to vendors, employees, etc.
• Accounting of receipts from customers
• Preparing Bank reconciliation
• Managing banking relations and documentations
• Accounting entries in ERP for work area
• Accounting month closure entries
• Preparing required reports related to work area
• Preparing details for MIS related to work area
• Vendor reconciliations and Customer reconciliations
• Knowledge of investment in fixed deposits and mutual funds
• Knowledge of A1/A2 import payment and documentation
• Preparing documents for BOE closure.
• Documentation and liaising with banks for BG/LC issuance and GR waiver
• Reconciliation of payment gateway transactions and reports
• Providing details required for various audits & statutory requirements
Ideal Candidate:
• ICWA inter / CA Inter / B. Com with 6-8 yrs. of experience
• Must have a strong background of treasury functions and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills
• Experience with ERP accounting package
