Our dedicated Business Banking (BB) team supports over 10,000 businesses across Australia, navigating complex financial landscapes with turnovers from over $30M to under $150M and lending up to $50M.

Join our dynamic, fun and high-performing team as an Account Manager , partnering closely with Relationship Executives and Analysts to meet portfolio needs - specifically in the Health sector in VIC.
This exceptional permanent opportunity centres on supporting both new and existing clients, handling stakeholders, and aiding deal execution, while also contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
You'll gain extensive client support exposure, playing a pivotal role in our Relationship team. More specifically, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service, reflected in positive survey results, while fostering relationships with support teams including Risk Management, and others for superior client support.
Identify and liaise with relevant product specialists on idea and solution development.
Assist in completing annual reviews and changes for existing clients, including managing and documenting applications within agreed arrangements.
Support Relationship Executive and Analyst in credit submissions for timely decisions and efficient deal execution, documentation, and funding to meet client needs.
Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of information on source systems.
Actively engage in the Service and Sales framework, including meetings, debriefs, and related activities.
We want to hear from you if you have:
Preferably, corporate, commercial, or business banking customer service experience
Credit risk analysis experience or eagerness to learn.
Strong communication skills, for stakeholder management
Composure and drive, in fast-paced environments.
Initiative, adaptability, and skill development drive
Relevant degree and industry experience preferred.
