As our Group Travel Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner and primary relationship lead for a diverse portfolio of corporate, academic, and event-based group travel clients. You’ll build deep, long-term connections, understand each client’s unique needs, and deliver the confidence and reliability they depend on. You’ll drive operational excellence, provide exceptional service, and ensure every group - and every individual traveller - enjoys a flawless journey.

What you will be doing:
Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the goto expert for all group travel needs.
Develop high level contacts in key client organisations, and assisting with the development and maintenance of multi-level relationships in all client organisations
Identify, co-ordinate and engage necessary stakeholders to develop strategic client relationships
Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic account management portfolio plan, driving value for the client and ensuring growth for business overall
Build and present compelling, creative winning group travel solutions for our customers
What you will bring to the role:
Experience in events industry/group travel industry
Proven experience in the corporate segment
Proven record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Demonstrated experience in building compelling proposals and presentations
