At Quantzig, the Core Sales Team is the engine that drives our strategic growth plans. We are looking for high-performing Sales Leaders who can help this engine run with their innovative sales skills and provide thought leadership in crafting our global sales strategy.
The role holder is expected to lead the global sales efforts of our newly formed Microsoft Application Services Unit. We expect the role holder to have deep experience in managing the entire sales cycle (hunting, relationship building, and deal closing) for Fortune 500 companies.
The role demands a sharp leader a quick learner with a successful track record in international B2B services sales.

Desired Skills :
• Proven experience in selling enterprise-level services deals around Microsoft Business Applications (Power Automate, Dynamics365, Azure etc.).
• Experience into selling IT services around Microsoft Business Application environment.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in B2B services sales in North America / EU regions
• Demonstrated ability to connect, communicate and present effectively to the CXO / VP / Director level prospects.
• MBAs with relevant experience would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
• Own and manage the entire sales cycle (hunting, mining, and farming) for a number of strategic accounts
• Acquire and develop new enterprise B2B clients in North America and EU markets
• Drive growth by meeting quarterly and annual sales targets
• Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
• Design and execute strategic sales plans plan for key markets / accounts
