Responsabilités:

Servir de point de contact principal pour toutes les questions de gestion des comptes clients

Construire et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients

Aider les clients à évaluer de nouveaux produits et services au moyen d'un processus de vente consultatif

Développer des relations de confiance avec les principaux clients, leurs dirigeants et les intervenants de l’industrie

Assurer la livraison rapide et réussie de nos solutions en fonction des besoins et des objectifs des clients

Communiquer clairement les progrès des initiatives mensuelles/trimestrielles aux intervenants internes et externes

Développer de nouvelles affaires avec des clients existants et/ou identifier des domaines d'amélioration pour respecter les quotas de vente

Prévoir et faire le suivi des paramètres des comptes clés (p. ex. résultats trimestriels des ventes et prévisions annuelles)

Préparer des rapports sur les comptes clients

Collaborer avec les Gestionnaires des ventes afin d'identifier et de développer les opportunités à l'intérieur du territoire

Agit comme Consultant au niveau des solutions pour les nouveaux clients durant le processus de vente

Aider à répondre aux demandes des clients ou les référez aux personnes appropriées pour répondre à leurs questions

Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie.

Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles au besoin

Exigences du Poste:

Bilingue (Français & Anglais)

Expérience B2B, de préférence au niveau de l'entreprise.

Expérience de travail éprouvée en tant que gestionnaire de compte, gestionnaire de compte clé, gestionnaire des ventes, ou autre rôle pertinent

Capacité de communiquer, de présenter et d'influencer les principaux intervenants à tous les niveaux d'une organisation

Une solide expérience avec les logiciels CRM (p. ex. Salesforce, CRM) et MS Office (en particulier MS Excel)

Expérience dans l’offre de solutions axées sur les besoins des clients

Capacité éprouvée de jongler avec plusieurs projets de gestion de compte à la fois, tout en portant une attention particulière aux détails

Excellentes capacités d'écoute, de négociation et de présentation

Excellente communication verbale et écrite

Capacité de voyager sur une base régulière

Connaissance de l'industrie de l'assurance est un atout.

Possibilité de travail après les heures normales de bureau pour fournir de l’assistance aux clients.

Exigences et détails supplémentaire:

Déplacements requis jusqu'à 50 % du temps.

Capacité à travailler à distance avec une connexion Internet stable, selon les besoins.

Lieu de travail et de travail dans un bureau (si nécessaire).

Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

Build a strong presence in the insurance broker community in the designated

territory.

Increase the number of Vertafore customers by selling to non-Vertafore

Brokerage.

Use the Vertafore Value Selling System.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management

matters.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Help your clients evaluate new products and services through a consultative

selling process.

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders

and executive sponsors

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer

needs and objectives

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and

external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

to meet sales quotas

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual

forecasts)

Prepare reports on account status

Act as a Solution Consultant for new clients during the sales process

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Stay abreast of Industry trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams as required

Qualifications:

B2B experience, preferably in the insurance business.

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales

Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at

all levels of an organization

Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CRM) and MS Office

(particularly MS Excel)

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while

maintaining sharp attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to travel regularly

Insurance industry knowledge is an asset

Additional Requirements and Details:

• Travel required up to 50% of the time.

Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection.

Located and working from an office location (when required).

Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements are required to operate a

computer.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a

computer, etc.).

Frequent sitting and/or standing.

A valid Driver's License
