We manufacture tarpaulins and allied products and provide weather protection services such as relocatable warehouses and raw material stockpile covering for leading organizations on a pan-India basis. Roles and responsibilities Managing the entire spectrum of accounting activities across the Groups products and services business Accounting
Reviewing and scrutinizing monthly ledger accounts and handling required reconciliations
Passing entries and maintaining accounts related activities
Handling project-wise cost centers and calculation of project-wise profitability
Managing revenue recognition (i.e., deferred revenues for contracts) and contract lifecycles
Calculating and settling commission dues periodically Taxation
Submitting statutory compliances such as GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 2B, TDS, PF PT, etc.
Preparing statutory assessments such as Service Tax Assessment and VAT Assessment and coordinating with external agencies
Preparing advance tax working Banking
Reconciling bank statements daily and making online payments
Preparing banking and finance-related documents, e.g., Bank Guarantees, LCs, etc.
Preparing workings and coordinating with auditors for preparation of annual P&L statement Data analytics and reporting
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements
Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly & annual MIS to the management Essential requirements of the candidate
3-5 years of work experience as an accounts manager
Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel
Detail orientation, process excellence, and punctuality
