Key Responsibilities:

· Finalization of Books of Accounts and Preparation of Final Accounts as per Schedule III, and Indian GAAP

· Thorough knowledge of Taxation both Direct & Indirect

· Expertise in Monthly closing of books of accounts and thereafter preparing various MIS Reports, including Variance Analysis Report for the management.

· Ensuring that various Internal Controls and Budgetary Controls operate effectively.

· Preparing Annual Budget/ Annual Operating Plan for the organisation.

· Monitoring Fund Position of the company on daily basis, and allocate funds as per the requirements.

· Preparing Fund Projections for future months.

· Preparing Projected Balance Sheet and Projected Profit & Loss A/c.

· Reviewing Books of Accounts to ensure that there are no discrepancies, and if there is any, it shall be removed/ corrected.

· Laying down guidelines for effective and systematic process of Book Keeping and Internal Controls.

· Coordinating with Internal & statutory Auditors & solving the queries of Internal and External Auditors, thereby helping them to conclude the audit.

· Coordinating with the Banks regarding completion of formalities for availing/ renewing the OD/ Term Loan/ Bank Guarantee facilities.

· Getting the Bank Guarantees prepared/ extended from the bank, as and when required by the customers.

· Reviewing workings of GST / TDS/ Income Tax Returns
