ROLE PURPOSE

We’re looking for a results-driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers, build long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.


You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your customers, developing a strong understanding of their business needs and challenges. You’ll clearly articulate Winc’s value proposition to key decision-makers and leverage industry and data-driven insights to deliver effective customer plans and achieve sales targets.

This is an office-based sales role, with previous B2B sales experience highly regarded.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders within your customer portfolio
Proactively identify growth opportunities and work to expand product and service adoption
Present Winc’s unique value proposition and solutions to address customer challenges
Leverage market and customer insights to develop and implement customer-specific strategies
Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Category, Supply Chain) to ensure high service standards and a seamless customer experience
Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to resolve issues and improve retention
Meet or exceed revenue, retention, and customer engagement KPIs

Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer relationship roles
Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and a record of success in achieving targets
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Understanding and ability to articulates the Winc “Single Source” Vision to create opportunity
Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust
