GNB Doors has expanded into Calgary, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager who wants to help build a new market from the ground up. What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters in Calgary and surrounding markets
Build and grow a client base through active outreach, site visits, and strong character relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Ensure the timely, successful delivery of service and installation solutions
Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across all core markets
Collaborate with service technicians to support clients and drive repeat business
Assist with escalations or urgent service needs
Provide weekly sales reports and attend weekly sales meetings
Complete quotes, proposals, and sales agreements
Maintain CRM updates and accurate client information
Represent the GNB brand with professionalism, partnership, and integrity
What You Bring
Proven success in B2B sales or business development, preferably in construction, industrial, or service-based industries
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to read market needs and make data-informed decisions
Organizational strength — you can manage multiple opportunities at once
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Valid driver’s license
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
