We operate as a fast growing global business with a strong presence in Victoria. Our software underpins the daily financial and operational workflows of many of the state’s leading lists.
We are seeking a Melbourne-based team member with a strong product orientation to work closely with our Victorian customers (barristers’ clerks, administrators, and barristers) and to contribute meaningfully to the ongoing development of the platform.
The Opportunity
This is a high trust, high visibility role.
You will operate at the intersection of customer relationships and product insight. You will be responsible for stewarding key relationships with barristers’ clerks, their staff and their barristers, ensuring they are well supported and that their feedback is clearly understood and communicated internally.
This role requires maturity, professional presence and sound judgement. You will work closely with senior clerks and senior staff within each of the lists and Chambers, as well as with barristers. These relationships and the work require credibility, consistency, and attention to detail.
This role is central to maintaining stability and supporting BarBooks’ leadership position within the Victorian market.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with large Victorian lists
Conduct regular product focussed sessions to understand chambers’ workflows and operational needs
Act as a consistent and reliable point of contact for assigned accounts
Support long-term account stability and retention
Structured business review meetings
Deliver onsite engagements and product training sessions
Manage escalations with professionalism and clarity
Translate customer feedback into structured product insight
Work closely with product and engineering to ensure customer insight is communicated effectively
Support commercial discussions within the Victorian lists where appropriate
Contribute to expansion opportunities within existing lists when suitable
About You
3 to 4 years experience in SaaS product role or account management with a product focus
Strong product mindset with the ability to understand workflows beyond day-to-day support
Experience in legal technology, legal operations, accounting software, professional services software or enterprise B2B SaaS highly regarded
Comfortable engaging with senior professional stakeholders
Structured, robust and detail oriented
Commercially aware, with sound judgement
Clear and confident communicator
You are comfortable being accountable. You value precision. You understand how to manage complex professional relationships while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
