Job description, work day and responsibilities

Job Details:
• Assist in managing revenues, accounts payable, payroll, audit, and General Ledger reporting.
• Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconcile cash dropped at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial statements monthly and report variances to department heads.
• Prepare tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
• Assist with financial audits and system administration.
• Review and approve reconciliation and audit work papers.
• Post city ledger payments and reconcile city ledger accounts.
