You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers which will focus on renewals.
Any new business will come from existing accounts or inbound leads that regularly come through.
You have household names as logos to showcase to new customers, one of whom calls the product their secret weapon.
You will be joining at a time where you will be set up for progression opportunities, especially as they expand across APAC n the next few years so you can expect to grow into Account Director or other areas of the business.
What you will need:
Ideally you have 1+ years' experience working in sales, customers service, sales support or account management / relationship roles.
Ideally, you will be able to have capability to learn software.
You need to be fast paced and work well in a start-up/scale-up environment.
Salary
Up to $80K + Super + $30K Comms
Remote Work
50 / 50 WFH, based in Sydney CBD with a modern tech office.
