Join our dynamic sales team as an Account Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for networking and building relationships with manufacturers and brand owners, focusing on innovative flexible packaging solutions. With Takigawa at the forefront of the flexible packaging industry, you will provide top-notch customer service to our clients across North America while having the potential to collaborate with international teams in Japan and Vietnam.

Core Responsibilities
• Drive profitable sales growth for Takigawa within your assigned territory.
• Consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of quality and performance in all interactions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Attend industry events, including trade shows and conferences, to promote our solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives.
• Engage in new business development to expand our customer base.

Requirements
• Proven experience in the custom packaging sector or brand marketing and agency sales.
• A minimum of 3 years in B2B consultative sales and business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or Technology.
• Comfortable navigating a complex sales environment.
• Full sales cycle experience, including prospecting, proposal writing, and delivery.
• Strong project management skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Canada and the U.S.
• Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), branding, and marketing is a plus.
• Experience working with foreign companies that import and sell to the U.S.
