About the Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to join our growing Sales and Account Management team. This is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing clients.
You will take full ownership of client relationships across all Triskele Labs service lines, acting as the key point of contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand our services. You’ll work closely with the Sales Director, Service Delivery Leads, and technical teams to ensure a structured, value-driven engagement model.
This role suits someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and passionate about building long-term client partnerships. You’ll need to be proactive in managing client health, spotting growth opportunities, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
Requirements
About You
Experienced in account management, ideally within professional services or cybersecurity
Skilled at building client relationships and managing multiple accounts with structure and consistency
Process-driven and detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commercially aware, able to identify and act on growth opportunities without being salesy
Client-first mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver outcomes collaboratively
Confident working with internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, and leadership
Proficient in using CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to track activity, manage renewals, and document engagement
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership and Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across multiple service lines
Build deep, trusted relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics
Conduct regular check-ins, manage renewals, and track client health to ensure satisfaction and retention
Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their needs are represented across delivery and support
Process Execution and Client Retention
Follow structured AM workflows including client engagement plans, cross-sell identification, and satisfaction follow-ups
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and take steps to mitigate issues and ensure retention
Use HubSpot and other tools to maintain accurate records, track interactions, and report on activity
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers, strong communication, and service alignment
Growth Enablement and Commercial Support
Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion based on client needs and service fit
Partner with the Sales Director and wider team to drive cross-sell and upsell conversations
Work closely with Marketing to tailor messaging and leverage content for client engagement
Provide feedback and insights from clients to help shape go-to-market and service strategy
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Work collaboratively with peers and leadership to improve processes and share best practices
Support the development of tools, templates, and resources that enhance the client experience
Stay informed on industry trends, service updates, and client context to add value in every interaction
