Roles & Responsibilities
1. Preparation of Proforma Invoices after the consultation of Delivery Challan with
Purchase Department.
2. Working with the Sales department to review accounts, credit history.
3. Coordinates with Sales team on pricing.
4. Advance & Payments Adjustments in invoices
5. Handling and managing clients' accounts.
6. Following up with the Customers regarding payments.
7. Coordinate with the Shipping Company for documentation and forwarding.
8. Submission of the Invoice, Packing List & docs to Bank/ Customer.
9. Generation of statutory documents including Eway, E-invoice, shipping bill etc.
10. Providing data for GST reports to Finance Team.
11.Resolve customer's complaints and issues in a professional manner.
12.Creating sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
13.Closing the leads generated by the Sales department. Tracking of Pending Sales
Orders.
14.Generating reports and statements for internal use.
15.Comply the various SOPs for routine work. Responsibilities of Deputy Manager
16. Working with the purchase department to review accounts, client payments,
credit history.
17.Provide data related to statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT
and other applicable laws.
18.Check & verify the purchase invoice, e-way bill, Purchase Orders before punching
into the tally.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
CA: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
