Roles & Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial analysis, identify key trends, and provide insights to management for effective decision-making.
Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions for improvement.
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Support the development of financial models and scenarios for business planning and investment decisions.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:
Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Maintain strong vendor and customer relationships, resolve payment discrepancies, and address inquiries or issues.
3. Cost Accounting and Inventory Management:
Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to accurately track production costs and inventory valuation.
Analyze cost data, identify areas of improvement, and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
4. Management Information Systems (MIS):
Manage and optimize the company's management information systems, including ERP systems and reporting tools.
Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and other performance metrics for effective monitoring and reporting.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare necessary documentation, and address audit findings.
Qualifications and Skills
● B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Intern / Chartered Accountant/ ICWA.
● Sound knowledge of accounting principles.
● Strong interpersonal / communication skills.
● Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
● Problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Attention to detail.
● Pro-active by nature, must be able to take ownership and complete tasks independently.
● Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

Salary: ₹67,000.00 - ₹82,000.00 per month
