Job Description
Managing Company Finances, Accounts, Budgeting, MIS Banking, Cash Flow Management, Working Capital. • Manages day to day operations of accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations i.e. vendors, customers & banks. • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. • Ensure compliance of TDS, GST, Direct Tax, PF, ESIC & other statutory requirement & timely payment of all statutory dues along with filing of all statutory returns. • Maintaining and assist in strengthening internal controls system, internal audit and verification. • Ensure daily proper financial activities maintained, submitting periodical declaration and stock statement along with dealing with banks for documentation and BG, LC export import documentation. • Formulate various budgets and conduct variance analysis to determine the difference between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions. • Prepare monthly MIS i.e. Budget V/s Actual, Weekly Cash flow position. • Prepare MIS Report, cash flow & fund flow statement, balance sheet and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance. • Ensured fixed assets schedule/register are prepared and updating of the same including disposals and depreciation and other reports as and when required. • Managing of funds by parking in Fixed Deposit with bank as per best rates available and liquidating them as per need and maintaining a record of FDs held on hand with the following record of earning on interest and balance as on date. • Preparation of financial statements & schedules for statutory audit including any other information and coordinating for smooth conduct of internal and statutory audits. • Co-ordinate for secretarial compliances and board meetings including various statutory filings. • Liaison with banks and financial institutions for raising funds to meet LC, OD working capitals & cash credit requirements and effective utilization of the funds,
