Experience1-2 years(Relationship management/client handling/Account management)
Roles &Responsibility
• NAPS end-to-end process, NAPS Portal Handling,
• Claim Reimbursement.
• Client handling
• Team handling
• Supervisors handling.
• Establishment Registration under NAPS.
• Maintaining of Tracker and Master file of candidates.
• Assigning work to team based on priority.
• Attendance Input update in the portal.
• Issuing Letters of Intent, Offer letters, Experience certificates,s and pay slips for all candidates.

• Grievance handling through supervisors and recruitment.
• Candidate documents follow-up, Register in NAPS, and generate a contract.
Requirements
• Should have strong marketing skills.
• Know networking online and offline.
• Build a strong relationship.
• Good in MS Excel
• English speaking/ writings skills are a must
