We R5 Consultants hiring candidates for Accounts at Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Position: Accounts Officer/ Executive
Qualification: B.Com/ BBA/ M.com/ MBA
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of Manufacturing industry
Male or Female candidate. : Any
Job Description:
1. Tally ERP + or Prime, data entries for bank , cash & misc. expenses.
2. Daily update to excel or near sheet for tracking of raw material procurement
3. Preparing of RTGS / NEFT online forms for routine payments
4. E-mail to factory
5. Updating Forward Contract Statement & co-ordination with bank.
6. PCFC Statement updating & interest calculation.
7. Preparation of commission statement on a monthly basis.
8. Preparing stock statement for bank & insurance submission
+. Assist in periodic audit work
10. Filing of vouchers etc.
Prepare vendor payment cheques
Maintain listing of accounts payable
Maintain updated vendor files
Co-ordination with Purchase Team for Vendor Payment details.
TAXATION:
Filing TDS & TCS Return 24Q. 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ.
GST working GSTR1. GSTR2A & GSTR3B & GSTR +,GST Payment.
Reconciliation of TDS Receivable A/C with 26AS.
Reconciliation of PT. PF, ESIC (Salary sheet).
Preparation of B2B e-invoice.
PT Payment and Return filing.
E- way Bill, Custom duty Payment , declaration undertaking import-export sale & purchase .
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
