• Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconciliation:
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Communication:
• Liaise with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
• Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience, with a focus on IPO related accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹42,615.23 - ₹80,000.00 per month
