Account Opening Expert
The primary objective of a Client Onboarding Specialist is to ensure seamless account opening processes in adherence to regulatory standards and jurisdictions.
• This role focuses on the smooth execution of client onboarding and exceptions, guaranteeing that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Effective communication with senior bank stakeholders is crucial for this position, as regular updates must be provided on changes in Client Onboarding, Anti Money Laundering, and Anti Financial Crime areas. Ensuring these changes are implemented without disrupting operations is vital.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs).
• Collaborate with banks' clients to handle all KYC and account opening requirements, maintaining appropriate governance and controls throughout.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in corporates, demonstrating excellent communication and system knowledge.
