Principal Responsibilities
• The role contributes by ensuring quality execution of the operations process in Account maintenance for Credit Cards.
• The role warrants liaison with various internal and external customers for effective fulfilment of the job requirements.
• The jobholder has to ensure that servicing entities maintain the prescribed service standards and proactively prevent frauds by ensuring prescribed checks, while carrying out daily functions.
• The jobholder should actively participate in various projects (including six sigma projects), UAT and process improvement initiatives.
• He/she will strive for the team to achieve efficiency with minimal error rates and Turn-around and at lowest costs.
• Monitoring the quality of request processed by processing vendor and publishing daily MI.
• Advising vendor on error trends
• Vendor performance parameters should be reviewed from time to time and ensure vendor adherence to SLA and agreement.
Requirements
Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements :
• Graduate or above in any discipline with 2 – 5 years’ experience
• Person having experience and comprehensive knowledge on credit card operations is preferred
• Strong analytical ability, logical thinking and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Have a strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
