Account Relationship Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Account Relationship Manager to join our team at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner bank officials at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed new business targets through assigned partner bank branches.

• Ensure sales & service support within the cluster assigned by closing sales calls, aiding in documentation completion, facilitating pre-insurance medical examinations, and scrutinizing proposal papers to minimize policy issuance turnaround time.

• Facilitate renewal premium collections and customer service.

• Sales Management - Record daily activities, leads generated and closed, and special programs like Bima Bazaars, branch meetings.

• E nsure SUDs brand and products are continually promoted.

• Promote the company brand image and implement all initiatives related to brand building exercises, while maintaining excellent relationships with bank personnel.

• Arrange exhibitions, customer meets, cluster meets, etc., in consultation with supervising officials.

• Provide daily MIS/ performance reports to supervising officials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-5 years of experience in sales, bancassurance, or customer relationship management.

• Experience in the insurance or banking or financial sector is mandatory.
