About This Opportunity:
As an Account Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support for InComm and Coles. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and critical attention to detail. There are administrative components with this position which require solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and an interest in investigation and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Supporting one of our key retail merchants with the following:
Addressing, tracking and resolving key customer issues including gift card status queries, deactivation/activation of cards etc in a timely manner.
Ensure the Customer Service Tracker is updated and always maintained.
Preparation of key sales & adhoc reports.
Work alongside key account teams in delivering across all aspects related to the day-to-day management of our merchant accounts.
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to our business.
Review Merchandise photos and liaise with Operations team to identify and address stock related issues and report findings back to key account team.
Liaise with the Operations team for New Stores and ensure deliveries are made within the merchant stipulated timeframes.
Complete promotional documentation for the key retail merchant and maintain Incomm promotional calendar.
Review and liaise with partner team for merchant promotional artwork sign offs.
Support key account team with merchant claims.
Remain educated and informed on all current and emerging product and service offerings.
Qualifications:
Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential
Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive projects from end to end
A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work equally well as part of a team
Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, customer service skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients in a calm and professional manner
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and Outlook)
