Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client needs and provide support as needed
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and web-based platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Manage account information and update client profiles in the CRM system
- Monitor client accounts for any potential issues and proactively address them
- Assist with creating reports and presentations for client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide feedback to the Sales team on client interactions to help improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
Resourceful and hardworking individual who can thrive in a remote work environment
- Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
