Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
2. Communicate with clients to address their inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
4. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.
5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Assist in developing customer retention strategies and implement initiatives to increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:

2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
