Job Description
As an Account Support Specialist at Tata Digital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by managing accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is a part-time remote role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
2. Communicate with clients to address their inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
4. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.
5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Assist in developing customer retention strategies and implement initiatives to increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
1. Hardworking and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team effectively.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
