### Key Responsibilities:

- Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective communication to resolve their needs.

- Account Management: Manage client accounts, including onboarding processes, updates, and ongoing support to ensure account health and satisfaction.

- Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot account-related issues, utilizing research skills to provide accurate and timely solutions.

- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, resolutions, and feedback to assist in continuous improvement efforts.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and technical support, to ensure comprehensive support and alignment on client projects.

- Customer Education: Provide clients with information and instructions regarding account features, updates, and best practices for optimal usage and satisfaction.

- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to enhance service offerings and account functionalities.

### Requirements:
• Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in office productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems.
• Personality Traits:
