About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Accountancy teachers to teach higher secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) across various Indian and international school boards. This is a flexible, remote, part-time opportunity open only to candidates residing in Bengaluru. Teachers who are skilled and experienced in teaching in online format will be preferred
Efficiency in working with students from the following boards is most preferable:
CBSE (Accountancy – Class 11 & 12)
ISC (Accountancy – Commerce Stream)
IB DP: Accounting Concepts or Business Management (SL/HL)
IGCSE / Cambridge AS & A-Level Accounting
NIOS HigherSecondary Accountancy
Karnataka PUC I & II Accountancy
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, syllabus-aligned online sessions (individual or group)
Teach core topics such as principles of Accounting concepts
Prepare students for tests, board exams and internal assessments
Provide regular performance feedback and doubt-solving support
Use online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for class delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 5 years of total teaching experience
Minimum 3 years of online tutoring experience
Strong understanding of Accounting syllabi across boards
Experience with recognized schools or ed-tech platforms
Must be currently residing in Bengaluru
Note: Freshers and candidates from non-teaching backgrounds will not be considered
Technical Requirements:
Laptop/desktop with camera and mic
Digital writing pad (pen tablet)
Reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps speed)
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
Work Schedule:
Flexible based on student demand
Evenings and weekends are preferred
Compensation:
Competitive pay (hourly or monthly) based on:
Board & grade level
Subject complexity
Class size (individual/group)
