Procurement Ops Executive

About the Position:
• As part of this role, you will use your past Procurement skills, experience to enhance the supplier relationships and foster a deeper value of Procurement to the business groups via stronger supplier rationalization and proven experience.
• Handle the Professional Services, Telecom, IT, Engineering, Facilities, and other procurement requirements on business need basis. The scope of responsibilities will include tactical spend (
• Contribute as a key resource to deliver elite performance; in achieving extraordinary savings, implementing best-in-class policies & procedures and driving deep engagements and category strategies across Juniper’s business groups.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure Purchase requisition quality and compliance adherence of Indirect Tactical spend (
• Execute contracts and master agreements with full end-to-end responsibilities of redlining, and close in coordination with legal, InfoSec, compliance etc. as may be the case.
• Effectively collaborate and influence various internal customers, such as but not limited to IT, HR, Marketing, Professional Services and elevate end user satisfaction
• Support Global Commodity Managers in Procurement, drive purchasing and support decisions towards lowest ‘total cost of ownership”; encompassing price, risk, service levels, payment terms, incentives/penalties, change management, etc.
• Support end-to-end RFPs in compliance with Procurement process and procedures.
• Gather, analyze, and present data; strong, effective analytics abilities with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau etc.,
• Must be flexible, adaptable and be able to respond to shifting priorities
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, complex, operations environment
• Position will require working in General or EMEA shift

Minimum Qualifications:
• B.Com. from an accredited college/ university.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with Procurement operations, contract management experience.
• S2P Tools (Coupa/Ariba) hands on experience
• Proven ability to present and communicate agendas, strategy, and action plans across organization and across all levels within a company.
