Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our corporate team in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should be strong in accounting fundamentals, daily financial operations, reconciliations, compliance support, and reporting.
This role is important for maintaining financial accuracy, discipline, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately
Handle bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Maintain vendor and client account records
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work
Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and expense reports
Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and financial records
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting data and approvals
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting tasks
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance-related role
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic compliance processes
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in service-based, healthcare, retail, or multi-branch business
Ability to prepare MIS and basic financial reports
Strong coordination and documentation skills
