Position Summary:
Associate- Finance Bank Reconciliation & Closing Accounting Entries
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
• Accounting of Cash Entries in SAP
• Accounting of Fund Transfer / RTGS Entries in SAP as per Treasury Records/ Bank Statement
• Assistance for closing Bank reco related to Finance Transactions.
• Downloading of Bank Statement and Keeping daily updates in the Server
• Arranging Bank Advice for all Bank Transaction.
• Distribution of Bank Advice to concerned stakeholder i.e., Finance / SBU
• Checking Bank Reco every Week
• Sending MIS of BANK RECO to Finance/ SBU
• Arranging Balance confirmation on Quarterly Basis from All Banks.
Education: BCOM
Experience: 1-2 Years of Experience in Banking/ Bank Reconciliation
Required Skills and Capabilities:
• Good Knowledge in the area of Bank Reconciliation and Closing of Accounting Entries.
• Analytical & Good Communication Skills
• Positive Attitude, Maintaining Good Relationship Among Internal & External Customers.
• Flair for Networking
• Working Knowledge in SAP environment and other financial software experience i.e. Ms Excel, Ms Word
