Work scope would include: -

Data Entry

Able to key in the data to software to complete the formal documents for client signature

Ability to translation to English from source document in Chinese

Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Corporate Secretarial.

Requirements：

Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar database software.

Excellent typing and translation skills

Ability to prioritise and meet the deadlines

Carefulness in data entry

Able to work independently

Communication skills
