Required:
1) must have experience in hiring for contractual role
2) must have excellent communication skill
3) in 6 months, resource evaluation is done and the most performing recruiter will be taken as the permanent employee of our company
4) must be able to close atleast 3 positions in a week.
5) good incentives if close more than 15 position in a month
6) The positions will be majorly from IT industry
