Description
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial transactions.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and generate reports to provide insights into the company's financial health and performance.
GST Compliance: Manage all aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including:
• Accurate calculation and reporting of GST on a regular basis.
• Timely submission of GST returns to the appropriate tax authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with GST laws and regulations, including any updates or changes.
• Monitoring GST credits, reconciling input and output tax, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper GST treatment of transactions, such as purchases, sales, and intercompany transactions.
Other Tasks:
• Preparing Salaries and Wages sheet every month
• Communication with Logistics
• Sending Quotations to Clients
• Correspondence with Suppliers
