Accountabilities: Support month-end closing and reporting activities. Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure accruals and expenses are accounted-for appropriately in a timely and accurate manner Prepares balance sheet and Expense statement variance commentaries. Support the working capital reporting. Handle and resolve management reporting and statutory reporting issues. Assist in review of issues requiring management judgment and estimation for quarter end. Enforce compliance with Firm's financial, operating policies / procedures and SOX requirements. Drive finance process improvement initiatives to improve process efficiency and standardization. Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required. Key Results Areas Timely and quality analysis of financial results to senior management and global finance team. Well-crafted commentaries for both income statement and balance sheet. Improved internal procedures, controls and compliance with company policies. Prompt issue resolution on controllership matters. Required Qualifications, Skills, Experience Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification. Preferably 1-3 years of working experience Strong Excel skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management. Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Ability to work across various time zones based on business needs. Working hours could stretch across APAC, EMEA & NA region timing. Good team player, independent and able to work under tight timelines. Experience with US GAAP a plus. OneStream, PeopleSoft or large-scale ERP financial systems experience a plus.
