Title: Accountant and Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple holding companies using QuickBooks

Reconcile bank transactions, intercompany transfers, and shareholder loans

Ensure accurate records for accounting, tax filings, and compliance

Provide executive support including calendar/email management and document preparation

Coordinate travel, personal logistics, and expense reporting

Manage real estate tasks such as lease tracking, rent collection, and property expenses

Liaise with property managers, tenants, and service providers

Maintain records for personal investments, mortgages, and financial reporting

Communicate with banks, brokers, and advisors on behalf of the CEO

Qualifications

DEC/BAC in Accounting or other relative experience

3 - 5 years of experience in similar role

Experience working with QuickBooks Online or other ERP Systems (an Asset)

Proficient in excel

Bilingual (an Asset)
