As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing financial advice to support business decisions.Qualifications And SkillsQualified CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelRoles And ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departmentEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsPrepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgetsManage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivableConduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and riskProvide financial advice and support to management for decision-makingAssist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and proceduresMonitor and forecast cash flow, financial performance, and financial ratiosCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants
