This position of Accounts is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing all accounting activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team. The candidate will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and central government reporting requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Eway bills.

• Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks, implement risk management strategies, and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.

• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
