Tally, MS Office, Internet savy

· Ensure the bills- purchase/ service, are punched properly with regards to tax proper expense head.

· To coordinate with other departments with regards to monthly submission of reports.

· Verification of PF, ESIC, LWF before payment.

· To assist in the preparation of Returns and special statistical reports as assigned by the Finance Manager.

· To assist in the compilation of departmental budgets forecasts and business plan.

· Day to day income audit check.

· Finalizing the GST payment filing the return on timely basis.

· Working of GSTR Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual return.

· Filing the TDS return.

· Reconciliation of GSTR-2A, GST TCS GST TDS.

· Interacting with internal External Auditors, CA CS.

· Handling the statutory work of the Company.

· Ensuring all the taxes licenses are properly maintained renewed timely.

· Handling Tax Audit.

· Handling Bank related works.

· Checking of day to day entries posted by Front office & other departments.

· Monitor the Fund flow bank reconciliation.

· Daily reports has to be submitted to the immediate supervisor/HOD.

· Any other work assigned by the Management as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
