Description
1. Financial Management and Planning*:
- Overseeing the institution's financial operations, including budget preparation, monitoring, and management in alignment with NAAC guidelines and institutional goals.
- Developing financial strategies and policies to ensure efficient resource utilization and financial sustainability.
- Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with NAAC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining comprehensive financial records, ledgers, and journals. Monitoring cash flow and financial transactions to maintain financial health.
3. *Audit and Compliance*:
- Coordinating internal and external audits, including compliance audits related to NAAC accreditation criteria.
- Implementing audit recommendations and ensuring adherence to audit findings to enhance financial controls and transparency.
4. *Grants and Fund Management*:
- Managing grants, donations, endowments, and other funds received by the institution. Ensuring proper utilization and reporting as per NAAC guidelines and donor requirements.
