We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the hospital's financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Analyze budgets and create financial reports
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
