We are currently seeking a Contract Bank Reconciliation Specialist for a short-term assignment located in Commerce, California. Your main focus will be reconciling the bank statement. The company is moving to a new bank.
Responsibilities:
As a Contract Bank Reconciliation Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Month-End Close Assistance: Support month-end closing procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist with both accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
• Data Analysis: Utilize strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in bank reconciliation, with exposure to month-end procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
