Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and min "10 years experienced " quick book Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Duties

Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

Execute bank reconciliation processes to verify bank statements against company records.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with the private equity team to provide necessary financial insights and support during audits.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing detailed account analysis as needed.

Maintain organized financial records and documentation for all accounting activities.

Support the finance team in various accounting tasks as required.

Experience

Proven 10 years' QB experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Familiarity with QB general ledger reconciliation, QB account analysis, bank reconciliation, and financial report writing.

Experience working within private equity environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.

Proficiency in accounting software and Google sheet is essential.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $78,148.67 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
