Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree accounting with five (5) years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality of sensitive human resource information at all times
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively, and the ability to produce accurate work within regular deadlines
Ability to read and interpret documents such as accounting documents, invoices, tax regulations, computer reports, general correspondence, and depreciation reports
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and depreciation
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to master various in-house software applications is essential
English language fluency, verbal and written
Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test

Responsibilities
This is a full-time position that will support True Drilling LLC and is responsible for planning and directing accounting activities within a department of an organization by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinates

Assisting in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting and/or payroll
Supervising and participating in the preparation of various financial statements and reports
Directing the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show revenue and expenses
Directing the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue and operating expense distribution, property capitalization, and depreciation
Directing and participating in cost analyses and rate studies
Preparing statements and reports of forecasted revenue, expenses, and cash flows
Directing internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls
Establishing system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems
Directing the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls
Coordinating the preparation of internal and external audit materials and internal and external financial and/or tax reporting
Reviewing financial statements with management personnel
Preparing and leading interview process for job openings as needed
Performing employee evaluations to promote excellence and growth in each position
Task assignment and review of work product of subordinates, along with periodic performance reviews of each subordinate
