Job Description:
Position Overview:
As an Accountant at TSPL GROUP, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the financial health of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Data Management:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and financial statements.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
2. Bookkeeping:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Verify, allocate, and post financial data to the appropriate accounts.
3. Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and report any irregularities.
4. Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Provide financial data and reports to support budgetary decisions.
5. Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
6. Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.
7. Reporting:
- Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
8. Audit Support:
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and information.

- Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and procedures.
- Streamline accounting functions for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
