The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Prepare tax documents
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statements, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements. § Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments. § Handling petty cash, and preparing bills and receipts.
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc- Bookkeeping
• Generation of balance sheets and PnL statements on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
• Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax.
• Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, and Professional tax. Personal profile
• Work with the auditor to get UC and ensure yearly (ITR) & quarterly compliance wrt TDS, GST, and all other payments

Qualifications
• B.Com or M.Com or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an accountant
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) is a must and experience in using Tally 9 is mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) or Google Suite
• Proactive and well-organized. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
